Great place to work. I have been here since before the doors open. I see a lot of complaining. I can tell everyone, for a fact, that nowhere is perfect. If you come into Coroplast, has a great attitude, comes to work like they're suppose to and gives 100% then you will be successful.

Very clean facility. Climate controled. Good hours. Fair pay. Dollar for dollar 401k. Some pretty good employment benefits( free YMCA membership) . poor communication between management and production employees. Somewhat lax on training though. So far it seems to be a place to be employed. UPDATE: -After working there for a little over 2 years , found out that management only wants a certain type of person working there. If you're not willing to praise management and brown nose , you will be pushed out. I was let go the day after my FMLA was approved . Seems as if you are judged on your personality and social standing , not your work. I do not recommend applying here unless you are willing to feel like a "pee-on" or a lower life form than the people in the offices.
