Gate gaurd and yard staff were nice and professional. Waited in line in the road 30 minutes past my appointment then another 15 inside, took 4.5 hours to unload and count 7 pallets and get me my paperwork, to be fair they had everything off my truck in about 20 minutes.. not sure what the rest of the time took.

Appointment time was midnight. Got there at 11:50 p.m. and was kicked off property and told not to come back until 12:30. Had to sit in the middle of the road behind 3 other trucks. I will reject the next load coming to this place.

I was in and out unloading about an hr. People were pretty nice. Lumper fee wasn't bad. There is no over night parking.

I would get there a couple hrs early they usually work you in if an appointment is late
I had a 3am and checked in at 0230. I was there over 6hrs to get unloaded. Some people came in and got out way faster. That was just my personal experience.
I am the HR Manager and this is an awesome company to work for.
