Mostly flat. Great views of the river. Benches in the first three quarters of a mile. And campground at the end, could use some love.

Trail has a fair amount of trash and some of the side trails are completely overgrown. FYI, if you are from out of county it's $5 per car

I like to take my kids here every once in awhile. And it feels like every time I go there's something new. You could spend all day swimming, playing at the playground, fishing, or hiking alongside the broad River.

Yes
I have no idea, but I doubt it. There are geese, ducks and herons, as well as an occasional eagle flying up & down the river. You would need to check with the proper authorities about this.
Thanks Tiffany. I spoke to the park and they do have one. It's a 3 mile hike to the camp site.
Yep. If you go in the early morning be watchful of the family of beavers that hang around the fishing pier. There are plenty of accessable areas to fish up and down river. I have caught Bass, bream, catfish and crappie in some areas.
No. I don't believe so. I think it closes after dark. You'll definitely need to ask someone there.
It's free if you are a resident of that county. Otherwise it's $5.00 for the day...it's a beautiful place to visit. I love the trails!
Not in this area in particular its too small and its mainly for walking and a quick swim too narrow and not the place
Yes if you have someone to pick you up or its a long long walk back to the car lol
I think about 8 or 9pm
Yes
Don't think so BUT has ce safe signs on trails that state camping in designated areas only so maybe call and see to make sure
A pack in campsite is available for a small fee of 20.00 but you will need to fill out a form that can be found on the site broadrivergreenway.con
It's actually free if you're a Cleveland county resident. $5 otherwise.
Not sure, but the town accually runs that so you can call City Hall ... Probably

There are some rocky areas that would be better to have front shoes or Easy Boots on horses.
Anywhere in NC thats not privately owned requires you to have a fishing license
