The absolute WORST. Loses packages, misdelivers mail, doesn't answer the phone, or responds to cases about missing mail. They were supposed to deliver my bank card on Friday as I am signed up for their Informed Delivery, but guess what? It didn't show up! Everything else that was supposed to arrive did BUT that. How convenient. And when I tried to call, all I got was a BUSY SIGNAL. I had to call the 800 number just to SPEAK with someone. I am so sick and tired of this post office.

Very rude older lady here. I Tried to ask for help to see where my mail was and she just yelled at me in front of everybody to make it seem like I’m stupid. Definitely won’t be coming back here anytime soon.

Packages and mail are frequently delivered late. This post office often states a delivery was attempted on a day that tracking indicates your package is out for delivery, then holds packages to another day. Saturday and Sundays are the most frequently abused dates to not deliver.

That shouldn't be a problem. Leave a note asking carrier for a stamp ordering envelope. Fill the info out. Include check made to postmaster and put in box with flag up.

How long do change of address stay in affect?
Before change of address went into place what can i do if the person who lives at my old address has told me he got some of my mail and did not forward it.

They stay in effect for 1 year. If there was no change of address the carrier delivers it as addressed. Person at old address should have returned it to the carrier. Office should hold 10 days. Then its returned to sender unless a change gets put in.
