The folks at Yardbird made our shopping experience super easy because they had quick answers to our questions and were able to order and deliver what we needed. The whole experience was made better with a playroom for our two girls to keep them occupied and they still ask to go back here just to play. The quality of the furniture, cushions, and the large umbrella are perfect for our new outdoor patio.

Terrible customer service. None of the employees know what they are doing. I have called to see where our furniture covers are 4 times now that have been on back order for over 12 weeks, and get a different answer every time. I HATE having to chase people for answers and who the heck knows where all of the covers are because we can’t get a straight answer from anyone on when they might get delivered. Today I called and the lady on the phone informed me that they are working with an employee from HR on this, which makes absolute zero sense at all. She is supposed to call me back, but to be honest it seemed like the only thing she wanted to do was get me off the phone. Furniture is overpriced for what you get and doesn’t seem to be any better quality than going to Becker or some place else and spending half the money. Never again will I buy from this place!!!!

We were looking for a sectional that was unique in shape and style, plus was able to have a large group be able to sit around for conversations. We found the perfect set at Yardbird! It is the Elliot and we love it! So comfortable and spacious as well as unique. It was wonderful at the store to have a model to place the furniture on an area so we would be able to see if we did have space.

We ordered the fire table from yardbird assuming it was like the one we already owned from a competitor, the quality is hands down 100% better. The tank is easy to pull in and out. Takes seconds to swap. Lighting is easy enough for my 9-year-old. Cleaning it after a rain storm is great, no spots after wiping it down with water and a rag.
