Worst customer service Ive dealt with at a shoe store!! I returned a pair of shoes I purchased from this store and the lady told me they were used (literally took them home for my son to try them on to find out they were very snug). Then she told me next time I need to return anything go to a different location

I felt bad for the employees, the ac was not working and it was not comfortable inside. The staff were still trying, but the selection of shoes was not great. Not many choices.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company.
