Before the new management took over maintenance didn't fix my repairs. My A.C. was burned out with me and my infant son in the home at the time. It was 90 degrees in the home and toilet ran constantly it ran my water bill up to $600.00 because nobody didn't fix repairs. But when I got a lawyer and sued that's when the old management wanted sell the property. It was a lot of fraud going on back then. And crime was terrible in the area and breakins.

That park changes owners rather frequently so it's possible that they may consider it for the right price although I can't say with 100% certainty either way.
