HD continues to go down hill in service. at least provide Wifi access to your application so customers can find products since employees are scarce. i find it strange the moment i walk 5' into a store i lose cell service.

I can tell you for sure that it's been there since Oct 2007 when I moved back to MN. Beyond that, not sure.

They have no dog signs. I also have seen many dogs there and I visit about 2-3 times per week... I don't mind by at all, I think they are just there for liability purposes.

They take rechargeable batteries, but not regular, alkaline batteries. I've tried.
I believe you can rent ladders at HD but you'll want to go online and look up tool rental to see what they have available and at what location. Depending on what you're getting you may also want to think about how you're going to get it home and return it to the store. Ladders are such useful tools, when you factor in the cost and the hassle it might be worth it go just buy one and have it delivered.
