Due to a glitch on the hotels.com.site it booked us here I stead of the hotel we wanted in a totally different state. Hotels.com tried to get us a refund but this hotel refused to refund us even tho the booking wasn't our doing. So now I'm out money and really not happy about it. If I could leave a negative number review I would!! Selfish owners. And no the reservation wasn't in my name it was under my husband's and they still refuse to refund the money. So now my bank will handle it bc it was an unauthorized transaction and it will now be handled as such.

Booked a king online. Get to room its 2 doubles. The lamp in the corner had multiple repairs judging by the large amount of electrical tape on it's cord. The ac/heater did not work. The room stank and the comforters on both beds had multiple burn holes. Phone didn't work so I walked back to the drive up window since the lobby was taped off. The rude gentleman at the window acted as though I must be too dumb to work the AC unit. We walked back to the second story room. Ac/heater still did not work despite his multiple attempts at "fixing" it by slapping and kicking it. We walked back to the drive up window where he again told me there were no king rooms available despite there only being 3 cars in the entire parking lot. After 11pm by the way so, definitely not even close to full. 2nd room was the furthest room away from the check in window possible and smelled worse. The comforters on both beds had burn holes some very large. The outlet behind the night stand was sideways at the floor with no cover so my phone charger did not fit. The outlet near one bed, also had no cover and was so loose my charger kept falling out. Apparently the laundry was done in the room adjacent to the bathroom and was done all night. The internet, which also delivered the television service cut out frequently. Phone didn't work in that room either. Oh, and horrible outside lighting I didn't even think the place was open when I first arrived. Not only did they not inform me at check-in that I wasn't getting the king I booked they also charged a $50 deposit to my card without asking or informing me. Bottom line: You could not pay me to stay there again. For $20 more a night, the Hampton Inn less than a 1/4 mile down the road was incredible!

Don't go there. Ot was not worth the $88 I spent. No breakfast, coffee maker in the room was dirty, a/c barely worked, mold on the baseboards in the bathroom, the remote didn't really operate the TV (I had to turn on the TV at the TV and turn it off by flipping the switch in the power strip and it wasn't the batteries, the guy in the office was not very personable, the property looks abandoned, and I could go on and on. I will say that the bed was comfortable along with the pillows and it was convenient to the interstate. Overall, not worth the price.

The room was decent but lots of repairs needed. Our room had wallpaper coming off the walls, the water lines extremely loud when shower in use, the grounds are horrible and the pool was closed. Looks like they are doing the bare minimum to keep this place operating. Needs a new owner and A LOT OF REMODELING! Surprised us with the cost also, price quoted on the phone was $68 plus tax a night, ended up paying $112. A ripoff!!!!! Don't stay here!!
