They have a good breakfast selection, including waffles you make yourself and scrambled eggs and sausage. Fruit, juice, cold cereal and lots of bread choices available too. Room was quiet and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Sofa and carpet had nasty stains and should be cleaned in our suite. Was advised by hotel staff that the $100.00 hold would be released immediately on their end at checkout and if it didn't remove the next day to call my bank however 3 days later called my bank as advised by the rep and my bank said that it is still showing on the merchant end as processing and unsettled and once the merchant released the hold they would immediately update my account. Called the hotel and they were unable to look it up to check that everything was settled on their end when I asked if she could at least confirm that the system showed I checked out and what charges showed. Completely dissatisfied with the inability to at least check for what charges without needing yo speak to a manager

The young lady that check us in, she was wonderful. But the next day, the service was not wonderful and they had an attitude. They was not like this with everybody. They had the wonderful personality for people lighter than them. Every time I left the room, I speak. They just look and go back doing what they doing. That was front desk. The housekeeper that was assigned to my room was wonderful as well. What made it worst the pool was out. There is a leak in the bathroom.

Positive: Breakfast was very good, staff friendly and supportive. Negative: The fire alarm went off around 11 pm. We were in nightclothes and spent well over an hour in the parking lot. After firefighters found the cause, we were permitted back in our rooms, being told that there was an electrical problem with the sprinkler
