Bad customer service one intimidating customer , following the customer out of the parking lot calling racist name and wanting to fight with the customer. This place is not suitable for anyone one it is out of control . The city needs to shut down this place.

Wouldn’t recommend this location. I got an oil change and transmission flush on a Friday, 6 minutes later my car completely shut off. Someone from Valvoline came to help me on the side of the road with my daughter. He spent about 20 minutes trying to find the issue - he then got my car to run and said this has happened to others right after getting an oil change. Fast forward to Sunday, (the next time i drove my car). It is now in the shop because it shut off again on the freeway. My car was having no issues prior to this oil change and transmission flush.
