Made an appointment for 5pm for a simple tire leak on a tire under warranty and a tire pressure sensor replacement. Didn't take my car back until 5:40 and I didn't get my car back until 7:30! Tire pressure on all 4 tires was off, one of the tires had a pressure of 59!! Charged me $89 for the service (Firestone only charges $50) and told me my military discount will only take $1 off 🤣. Incompetent staff and rude manager next time I'll be at Firestone next door
