This company is trash. They do not care about you or your life, please do not be fooled. Their reports are not accurate, there is no one who wants to help anyone. Trash, everyone at DHS. I am unsure what humans or services they are providing, because it’s not anyone who lives in Minnesota or pays taxes in this state.

Terrible service, they never helped us with the problem of issuing SSN, and beanfits, they sat there for 3 hours.

I don't use DHS but this is the problem with big government and nonfireable employees. Turn this into a private company and watch how fast the customer service turns from passive aggressive to 5 star service.

DHS has been efficient and helpful. If you provide the correct documentation and attitude, you will receive the help you need. The workers case loads are enormous, so be patient, leave whatever message you need to leave, and remember, that we are all in this together.

Assisted living would likely be Department of Health, not Department of Human Services.
