I went in for my first consultation today and I have horrible anxiety (and a broken tooth). All of the staff were so sweet and understanding. They were so personable and really made me feel welcome and I could tell they cared (and obsessed over my glasses haha). Abby was super patient with me and got my images done quickly and easily and talked me through it all. Lisa was wonderful at explaining all of the processing, the finances, and answering any questions I had as well as listening to my worries and concerns. The wonderful staff here truly eased my worries and anxiety about getting braces and I'm sure my next visit will be just as comforting.
