Dr. Tsamis is a wonderful doctor. After 45 years of having to wear glasses, I now have 20/20. I highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone.

Ease of managing appointments, records, and details of care with Wake Health app were factors in choosing a Wake Forest eye care provider. Doctor is knowledgeable and spends sufficient time; I ask lots of questions. Friendly staff and nice, clean facility. I book early mornings- not there long and don’t notice wait rooms since I have my smartphone.

The worst! I've gone there for 3 years in a row and saw 2 different doctors. Both doctors rushed through the results of the exam, not taking the time to explain things properly. One doctor told me to buy over-the-counter glasses instead of RX glasses, which I think is extremely unprofessional. One of the technicians poked my eye with the instrument and said they are supposed to touch the eye, which they're not. Never went back there. Oh, and I had to pay for my prescription.

I brought my 10 year old was has a disability here because his glasses broke and they were able to see him the next day. The place is very large and there is a lot of staff here. We arrived at 1:30pm and left around 3:45pm. Everyone was friendly and it was very clean. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because of the process. When you get there you sign in then sit down, after waiting they call you up check you in the system give you a paper to complete then sit down again. Call you to take pictures of your eye dilation sit down again, go to the eye technician did the eye test and my son needed eye drops we had to wait again, go back to take pictures of the dilation and go back to do the eye test, then wait a few minutes for the doctor. I believe they do it this way because of the amount of patients they have but I believe this process could be better if appointments were spread out and not overlapping. Most of their clients were older with canes, walkers and wheelchairs so I think this is very inconvenient for them. It gave off an emergency room feel with all the waiting and the 4 different waiting rooms.

Yes, if your insurance in the network they will file it not how much it cost. The wait time is ridiculous.
