This was my worst experience ever since I have been a resident of high point NC. I was asked to sit at a desk away from the rep taking my info. She had a mask on. I asked if she wanted me to put one on. "Her reply it's up to you" Also told I had to have original pay stubs. My paystubs are online to be printed or emailed or downloaded. I was just shown the door after 20 minutes of providing much of my personal information. I only wanted help printing my info. I already had a account and file created on line with a specialist named Brianna

You can make a payment anytime by logging in to your account online or on the OneMain mobile app. We also accept payments by mail, at participating retailers or over the phone on our Customer Service line.
