I have tried for five hours to get a return call from the service department. Numerous calls have been unanswered. I have purchased two brand new Silverado pickups from them, you would think that would mean something. I will vote with my wallet and find another dealership. Terrible customer service!!!!

Or u can use the Chevrolet app (free) and you will be able to start lock and unlock doors and set off the alarm. Basically anything you can do with the remote ( fob) you can do with the app.
