Receptionist not helpful. Passes off calls to the parts dept where no one answers or returns vm. Have been waiting 9 MONTHS for them to get a part in to fix something. How do they stay in business???

We purchased an over the range microwave from Home Depot. Without realizing they didn't install it (that was our fault), it's up to us to install/mount it. I called A+ stating I wasn't sure how to mount it asking if they would be able to come and help (obviously paying them). The exact response from the gal was "you'll have to contact Home Depot or read the directions." Thank you, very helpful ma'am.
