Chip Baxter came out and actually went under our house 2 times and still did not notice an issue we had by our back door. My husband told them to go ahead with it. Then, of course, the guys that actually did the work, found the problem. They came from the beach area to do our work and they wanted to charge us to come back out to do the extra work. Even though it was their error in not catching it in the first place. We were prepared to have the work done, but didn't feel we had to pay for them to come back out again, when they should have caught the problem in the first place. We ended up calling another company that quoted us $2000 cheaper then what this company gave us to take care of the extra work needed. The work was okay, but this was unacceptable.

CNT was the most professional company we have delt with in years. They did what they said they would do in the timeframe they laid out. All of the worker's were very professional, polite , knowlegable and freindly. The whole experiance was a pleasure. Having been in business myself for 20+ years, I have to say CNT is a breath of fresh air to deal with. I wish more companys were this professional. From Sales thru all the work performed, everything went flawless and without any headaches for us. Once again, we are very pleased with CNT. Thank you to everybody who worked on our house.

They said wooden beams needed to be replaced. When they brought them out of the crawl space there was nothing wrong with them. Their quote said they were pouring new footings, but they did not. They refused to give any refund for their not having to do that extra step. Basically they charged me over $6,000 to fix something that was not broken. It took the two guys less than a day to do what they did.

We use two approaches to concrete leveling, mudjacking and PolyLift. Mudjacking and PolyLift work in a very similar way in that concrete or polyurethane foam is injected through a small hole drilled into the concrete.
