After a few scheduling issues and posting a horrible review on here, the GM called me personally to apologize and schedule the inspection I was originally looking for. Their tech Joey was excellent- very personable and knowledgeable about my system. Not overly salesman-minded which was nice. Will definitely be calling them back in Spring to clean out my AC system

Had them replace my hot water heater in 2020 and it has gone out twice since.(currently 2022) Also had them replace my heating and air. Air didn't work either and they had to come back to fix that aswell. They seem like nice people and come across very likeable, but the work isn't standing up to the tests of time.

Tanner was absolutely WONDERFUL. Over the top polite, honest, hard working, he explained everything that he was doing, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better service. If I was given the option of rating Tanner on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), he would get a 20. This young man deserves a raise, IMO. I've always felt that the technician's that come out to provide these types of services are the face of the company. Genz-Ryan, you have yourself a ROCKSTAR !!! Thank you SO MUCH Tanner Klar !!
