Experience was decent. The lady up front was a bit rude when I asked about my drink. Just said it was in the bag and so as I’m walking out I notice it’s just the cup and asked about the drink I ordered tht was not out there. I was just a bit confused as it was my first time here and the worker wasn’t very helpful

I came into this restaurant 10/4 at 8 pm the manager on duty RICH informed me he had given away the order by mistake and door dash would need to “send it back through “ after contacting door dash they stated they would call the restaurant to remake the order i informed RICH . I stood there as RICH told the other employee he was not answering the phone and not remaking my order . Rich was rude and very discombobulated . The experience was very terrible his customer service absolutely sucks if he hates his job that much maybe he shouldn’t work in customer service .
