When I walked into the building a month ago, I was greeting with a Pleasant smile the lady that assisted me she has a wonderful attitude she helped me quickly and she gave me what I’ve asked for people was coming into the building very rude and impatient but she was so polite,She has awesome customer skills if anybody’s looking for Storage they need to check this one out and asked for a lady named Mary she will assist you in a very friendly manner, I’ve been in a lot of places where the people behind the desk are so mean and so rude and so hateful and above themselves but I had a great experience there and I will continue my service there because of a lady that was patient and waited on me and her name is Mary

The very kind lady at the front desk was AMAZING! Her level of service was beyond expected. She provided outstanding help when we had difficulty with movers. Our still stayed in perfect condition throughout our use of the unit. She was very rapid with any calls or help we needed and provided top notch service. I would recommend this branch to each and every person I meet! Absolutely wonderful!!
