I was craving ramen, my friend was craving Thai, and my other friend wanted Chinese. We came to the noodle bar on a whim, thinking it would suit all of our cravings. I ordered the Dan Dan noodle bowl, with thick noodles, and added shrimp. It by FAR exceeded my expectations. 10/10 experience. I know this bowl is not ramen, however I was really craving a “noodle soup” and omg the flavor builds, and is insanely delicious. The second photo is of fried squid appetizer, which was also delicious but did not compare to the Dan Dan noodles 🍜😋 I will be back in Asheville specifically for these noodles.

I came and the waiter was very nice and I ordered a sesame noodle soup bowl and got noodles and peanut butter and when I got kimchi the kimchi was extremely watery. Would not recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. It was cold outside and we wanted something to warm us up, and this did the trick. They have a great selection of vegan options and it’s clearly labeled on the menu which items are vegetarian, vegan, and spicy. Loved the spring rolls and fried tofu as our apps and I got the Sesame Tofu as my entrée. I thought it was going to be like the classic sesame chicken sweet sauce, but I was fooled. Nonetheless, it was still tasty. Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Food smell good and look great. However, dishes were over seasoned. Sauce on noodles was very salty and inedible. Was offered another dish so service was not bad.
