This place needs to be within the same breath of Jargon, Corner Kitchen, and other great restaurants in the Asheville area. There wasn't a bad dish amongst anything Hubs and I tried. Had the deviled eggs, pimento cheese, tortellini with salmon, pork chops, and brownie to finish. Everything was excellent. Service was attentive. Cocktails were fabulous. Would recommend.

Has Bone and Broth gone downhill? We’ve been here twice, once in December and once tonight. I got the same thing both times. The picture on the right was from tonight, the one on the left was from December. Granted, the picture from tonight is after I took one bite of the steak and moved it from the top of the potatoes. Tonight there was no sear on the steak, it wasn’t very seasoned, and very little or no sauce/drippings over the top of it. It wasn’t very juicy. The potatoes didn’t have much salt and were pretty much pulverized giving them that instant potatoes type of consistency. The broccoli was a bit undercooked and over salted. It wasn’t “bad” but it’s simply not a $48 quality filet. For a $200 after tip dinner it was basically outback steakhouse quality. Not bad, but not really that good either. The chimicurri seemed to have a lot of vinegar and was more like a salad dressing instead of the pesto-like flavor and consistency of an expected chimicurri. The drinks tonight were also pretty underwhelming - I had the same two drinks I had last time, the house old fashioned and the mule’s revenge. The old fashioned was pretty much your standard bar fare with a tad bit much simple syrup. The mule was also pretty standard. Both were amazingly excellent last time. What happened?

Great place. Lots of seating and the food we tried was great. Had some bone broth and lions mane crab cakes. Really good. The rest of the menu looks excellent. Lots of options and cocktails. Would def recommend.

LOVE, love, Love this place. Wonderful, caring and attentive staff. Beautiful ambience and best of all the food was amazing!! I Loved finding a place that has great options for my diet. I'm all about the ketogenic diet and I was in heaven. Clean organic eating here! When you get here, please get the Brussels Sprouts and the Bone Broth!!!! Great place for a romantic dinner, night with the girls....whatever the small occasion, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Phenomenal covid safety. Guests were asked to wear masks between bites. Restaurant was spaced out well too. Never saw a staff members face - which is a good things. 10/10 recommended for covid concerned customers
