Early Girl Eatery has some good ideas but the execution was lacking. My "Pulled Pork" sandwich was more shredded than pulled; no chunks of meat that I would expect. Also, it was swimming in sauce. The sauce had a good flavor but I would like to have tasted the pork as well. The vegetable medley was better; nice variety of veggies. It was a bit oily but I enjoyed it. Jan's salad was better; lots of fresh greens with nuts, feta cheese etc. The grilled chicken on it was not so good; overcooked (ahead of time I think, and warmed up for serving), it was dry and had little flavor. Service was excellent and the dining room was very clean. Bathroom was not.

Very good breakfast spot. Shorter than usual wait time for a breakfast place in Asheville on the weekends. Staff was friendly and great. Food was awesome. Great vegetarian options, biscuits and vegan gravy were a great side, and my breakfast bowl was great. They claim to be a farm to table place, and that is believable based on the fresh ingredients and the list of local farms and vendors they utilize. I decided to try the chocolate oat milk because I've never had such a thing, and was super bummed it was a tiny glass, maybe 2.5" tall and a few ounces. Would have skipped if I knew the quantity for the price. All in all, highly recommend. Expect to spend $20-25 per person with a main meal, side and drink, before tip.

Amazing food! The Charleston Chicken Biscuit is my absolute favorite. It is so luscious, creamy, rich, and decadent. It hits all of the savory notes you want out of a chicken biscuit, but it has they wonderful crunchiness that you want out of fresh fried chicken. Smothered with delicious gravy. Our waiter Caleb was awesome! Also check out the Mimosas definitely worth the extra few dollars!

It's from Dynamite Roasters in Black Mountain! You can buy the coffee in whole beans at either location
No reservations. You can use a we codecyo put your order in and then pick up. Or stand in line place your order an eat outside the establishment. There are tables and chairs, a table with hand sanitizer, plates and necessary utensils. Try their apple pie or strawberry preserve on your biscuit they rock!
Tables space apart, mask required unless you are eating, servers and other staff wear masks, not waiting inside (text when table is ready)
Hi Kathy. We love dogs(I have 3!). Depending on the day and weather we will have a couple of bistro tables out. When those tables are out we can have guests with their dog. The health department does not allow non-service dogs inside the restaurant. Please call us to verify if the tables are out.
