I went to LaFontaine for some transmission work. I have a warranty and needed a rental car. Unbeknownst to me, my warranty company was horrible. It took them several days to approve the repairs then it took them a week after my car was completed to provide payment. During this time, Don did a great job of keeping me informed, contacting the warranty company at least once a day and generally being very nice about the process. The warranty company only approved for 3 days of rental car out of 15 days my car was at LaFontaine. Don made sure that I was not charged for most of those days. This was really appreciated!!! Thank you for all your help!

This place looks super new inside! They have some very nice and thoughtful customer comforts in the lobby while you wait. The gentleman who helped us was named Josh Jean. He was really helpful. He wasn't pushy in the least bit, but it was obvious that he was doing his best to find us a car that we would love. I would recommend LaFontaine of Birch Run based on vehicle selection and Josh based on his willingness to listen. He also had some stylish shoes on and I appreciate that.
