Terrible experience. Reserved a car rental 4 days in advance of my anticipated rental date and when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told they had no cars available. I tried reaching back out throughout the day because I was told "cars are being delivered from our Jersey City location today," and after calling the store 5 times over the course of 2 hours and finally Hertz Customer Service, no one could help me. Well, no actual human answered the phone. What a joke.

Contact Maplewood NJ location svc rep. Place me on hold, and hold, and hold. Well!! End of story, rep never came back to phone. I called back using two different phones, of cause no one pick up. For that service if I was able to rate you a zero I would have.

My First time working with this Hertz Location. Great Experience! Staff was Very Helpful & Courteous. I briefly spoke with the Manager who was wonderful too! She does an Excellent job, Great people skills and her staff reflect that Great personality too. I will definitely be back to this location next time I'm in need of a rental. Go Hertz!!
