I called to get some info on a new product that caught my attention and the person who answered (not the owner) was pretty condescending. This isn’t the first time I’ve called and these people seemed unhappy to help. 1/5 because they probably have decent stuff. Guess I’ll stick with Zapp or Time Warp for anything.

Great to read that this place is still open. I used to come here as a kid all the time. Can’t comment on recent service, but I constantly got great service here 25 years ago and had everything I needed. This review won’t help anyone currently, but so happy to see they are still in business and opened.

My favorite place to get models and paint back when I was in college at Seton Hall. If you are a hobbyist who goes to Seton Hall, get all your stuff here like me and my friends did when we were obsessed with warhammer a few years ago. Everyone there is awesome and friendly.

First time stopping in and the people working there were painting some models. They stopped and helped answer question for my kids and even showed them what they were doing to paint the models. Very friendly. Was inspired to support the store and bought a whole bunch of small models since my kids wanted to try and put together some models to play with.
