Not an experience I care to try again. I placed an order online... They tried to give us a partial order without mentioning they were out of materials for milkshake. They tried to offer a substitute that was less than half the cost. I appreciate that she offered something but then she left it at no knowing other options. When asked if they could refund the amount for that part they were confused. The manager came out and ignored us while moving right to the register. She then provided a gift card to the other person to then give to us, without discussing other options. Apparently that is their only option. I now have a gift card that is not likely to be used. The site says the parts of the burger are packed separate for freshness but they were all lumped together. The lemon & blueberry crepe has no cream, only 5 blueberries, and no lemon flavor. The staff seemed checked out of the world and had dead eyes. It might have been because they were working on a holiday but seemed like chronic poor treatment from management. Cooperate site does not track inventory to be able to let customers know when a product is out of stock.

My mother and I ordered chicken and waffles. We were expecting chicken strips. We received chicken patties. The waffles had no color and were quite soft. We were quite disappointed. We were continuing to celebrate my birthday. We did not complain. Service was ok. We did leave a good tip.

We don't normally eat at this IHOP but we were in the area so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed, the food was good and hot and we didn't have to wait a long time for it. It was clean and they didn't seat us close to anyone else they kept distance between family and others and with covid still being an issue I was glad they still followed protocol Our server was polite and very nice.

Our server Sabrina was amazing! Food was cooked perfect. My dad got a cheesesteak and I had a BLT with onion rings. We ordered some cheesecake pancakes to go along with a cheesesteak to go. We will be coming back for senior citizen discount day Wednesday 50% off.😁
