I try to always give the benefit of the doubt snd thought the first time we got a completely wrong order it was a bad day for them, whatever, no big deal. Then the second time we go, we get black iced coffee when we both asked for flavored iced coffee. Little annoyed but again, not going to cry about it. But then we go again this morning and the staff taking our order was pretty awful. Stayed silent and wasn't responding over the speaker so my husband kept having to ask if she was even there. Then she put the order in wrong, so we didn't get what we asked for. But when she handed us our food she just kinda tossed it to my husband and closed the window. No "have a nice day" "Thank you" nothing. Just silence. Why are we raising minimum wage for this kind of service...?

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin on and off for 2 years.the Dunkin’s near my house seem to never have issues, but there is always usually something wrong with my order at this location. My ice coffee NEVER seems to have sugar even tho i ask for liquid sugar ( cause who wants sugar bits in ice coffee?!?) it will be labeled “liquid sugar” but has no sugar. The line is ALWAYS long because the doors are always locked when i do decide to come in to place my order. So i usually end up McDonald’s next door. And for some reasons i always get sandwich surprise- i always order an egg and cheese Croissant. But i somehow always get a egg and cheese on a different bread. I’ve stopped coming because of this, but decided to try again this morning and here we are with something is wrong with my order. The lines is usually so long, but this morning there was no one there and the staff was sitting on their phones so not too sure how my order got messed up. Pretty sad i need to check to ensure i got the right bread for my pretty simple sandwich.

It's ridiculousI bought donuts from here the vanilla cream filling Powdered Donuts looks like it's got a lot of cream in it but when you bite into it the amount of filling in it go to like the first digit of your index finger there's hardly any cream and nothing but nasty Donuts to eat. Wate of money.

If the open hours are 5:00am-9:00pm then the lobby should be open right? I should be able to walk inside and get a coffee at 5:50am but the door is always locked. Your drive thru can't accommodate oversized vehicles or I'd have just used that
