This is actually Chrissy. I can’t say enough great things about the staff in Richardson! Diane (who answered the phone) went above and beyond. I needed a few things faxed to the doctors (on different days) and she went out of her way to get it done immediately. The X-ray and MRI techs were very good and took their time with me. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this location.

I have been here several times for imaging in the last few months, and everyone has been outstanding. The staff is positive, great sense of humour, highly informative, and don't miss a beat with billing or scheduling coordination. The imaging staff are kind and reassuring through the procedures. Immense gratitude. It is not often you find positive and professional medical offices. Thank you!

Ok the receptionist in front office is too busy and kept hanging off the phones so that was the first “bad” sign. Then when the appointment comes the tech could not get the vein and poke my mom at several places and said that she wasn’t hydrated enough. I seriously do not recommend this place. Preferred imaging is way better. I’m pretty much upset about the whole situation.

Place is great! Just got off the phone with Christine (sp) and she had answered the phone very quickly. There was a mistake made by my doctor about the date of service. She was so sweet. She listened, we both laughed, she took complete care of me. I am SO GLAD I returned to Gateway!! They make you feel at home. You are NOT just a number, like you are at Touchystone..lol. I refuse to ever return to Touchstone. They are confused, overwhelmed, and location is SO difficult, having to go from Garland, or Richardson ALL THE WAY into Dallas?? NO way! I can drive to Gateway, away from Dallas, and it's about a 15-20 minute drive instead of 45 minutes to an hour to Dallas. If your doctor just says Touchstone say NO thankyou!! Please can we use Gateway. It's just in their language to say touchstone, You can also put on your GP site or whatever doctors you use, to please put in your file that you prefer Gateway, then they all know to refer you there instead. This has saved us SO much confusion and wasted time and money. I didn't know I had a choice if my doctors said touchstone. But I do. They are great with Gateway!! Everything at Gateway feels more private and personal. The doctors try to look at the closest place for you. BUT this doesn't work, Just because there is a touchstone building, does not mean that location has the equipment to do the test your doctor is ordering. That is what kept me having to go there...they will call you and tell you that you have to go to the Dallas one for that. So, be informed. Make your own choices. I sound like I work for Gateway...LOL I do not. I am just so happy I realized I could ask my doctor for Gateway instead of everyone just assuming that other place..We have power in our care. We can't ever forget that..God Bless
