Hope Care Memory Center in Fayetteville has been better than we expected for our family member. All of the activities that are planned for the residents are amazing. They are always doing something for them; taking them places on the bus; keeping them moving and active. This is so important and we are very happy with all the activities. My family member is becoming more used to being there and what goes on. Hope Care feeds them well and gives snacks. Our family member has gained weight since being there which has been great because at home we couldn't get them to eat regularly. They treat our family member well and are caring and compassionate to them. The Center is also always so clean. That is the first thing I noticed when I was looking at different places. I'm very impressed with how clean they keep it.

One star was given because I had to give a star in order to write the review. If your love one is on Hospice or in need of daily assistance, the Hope Center is not the place to trust with your love one. The Hope Center Staff does not work collaboratively with the Hospice staff to ensure your family members are cared for. I trusted the Hope Center with my mom's care and they totally failed our family. My mother entered their facility December 2021 and left August 31st with a stage 4 bedsore. Hope Center's Staff does not effectively communicate with families about their love ones and they are grossly understaffed. Hope's staff members are uneducated and unprofessional. No one on their staff acknowledged my mom's bedsore nor was an apology offered. The Hope Center does not deserve to be in business.

What a “WONDERFUL” memory care center, Hope Center is. They give “GREAT” care like no other. They are very pleasant, understanding and always smiling. The Care givers are great, the activities are awesome and I love seeing the residents busy. Sheca and Tiffany are “Marvelous”. Peyton is “Awesome”. Thank you all, for all you do for our seniors with memory problems.

UPDATE (7/18/21) | Disappointment Continues I really appreciated the prompt response to my review of Hope Center - Fayetteville. Unfortunately, their leadership team doesn’t seem to be as interested in speaking with me as the response to my review suggests. I followed up using the email provided by providing my contact information, but it has been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything from anyone involved with the Hope Center. In my review, I suggested that a response by the individual in question wouldn’t be a priority because their local management didn’t think it was a priority. I guess this isn’t just a local issue as I had initially thought as Leadership has also not made it a priority…..really disappointing. REVIEW Beautiful Facility, Disappointed Administrative Staff We recently visited Hope Center to see if it would be a good fit for our family member who has Dementia. The facility is beautiful, but the staff we dealt with were more than disappointing. Seeing a loved one failing because of Dementia is heart breaking, but realizing that you can no longer take care of that person takes it up another level. The application, their evaluation and the emotion over the time waiting for an acceptance decision was tough. In the end, Peyton felt that the decision to tell us about their denial was appropriate to send via text message. I want to be very clear that their decision is not the issue, but to deliver it by text message without the option of asking follow up questions is cruel. The minute the decision was received, we replied to the text asking for a call back to ask some follow up questions and Peyton’s response was that she was in a meeting and would follow up - didn’t happen. Four text messages and numerous voice mail messages to her went unanswered over the next 3 days. As our search for a facility continued and we waited for her to contact us, we escalated the issue to the Executive Director, Kathy who asked her Director of Wellness, Feka (don’t know if that spelling is correct) to follow up and she did. Her response to our concern is that Peyton has been very busy and that not following up just wasn’t like her. The lack of concern really gave light to why we weren’t receiving a follow up call. In our eyes, once the decision was made they didn’t need to communicate any more. And, if Feka didn’t think it was a priority why would any of the other staff make it a priority? If our perception was incorrect a quick call would have given Hope Center the ability to correct that perception, but since they were “very busy” we will never know. This organization or at least two of their employees got so wrapped up in their day to day work that they seemed to forget that this is our loved one and finding a memory care facility for them is probably the hardest thing we’ve ever done. And, if this was their loved one, would they be ok with a decision by text and no ability to get any other information because no one had time to return a call.

Yes they are, and they give tours if you wanted to see in person.

How much money are we talking about, this info is for me doing in private. Husbands mother living I have no control over any decision making for her. Anyway I shouldn't even be asking, it's his decision. Dr visit with her tomorrow.

I believe if it's private pay $175 a day, if she has insurance there's a possibility it will pay for it. I hate we can't afford to keep my gram there, it's probably the nicest place I have ever seen or heard of. Good luck with everything.
