Great place to take your mower for service AND buy new equipment! They don’t normally work on John Deere’s but they made an exception for me cause I know some of the people that work there. They did an amazing job and quick turnaround as well! Love this place.

My riding lawn mower blades did not engage. They gave me an estimate that covered the entire deck. I told them that I just wanted the blades changed and to engage. I know about the slow start, ect. I arranged for a pickup through a friend $60. 2.5 weeks later I called and they said it was ready. The next day I spoke to one of the mechanics, they changed the battery and solenoid also. I asked why as it didn’t have a start problem less the valve setting. I asked about the blade engagement, he said I don’t know must have been debris but it’s ready. I paid and coordinated the pick up. The John deer arrived at my home and the driver said they were still working on it when he arrived. What? He also said they jumped the mower to load it. So before he pulled the mower off I tried to start it.. dead. Took it back spoke to the manager. Let’s just assume that the mower battery while they had it went bad, let’s assume that the values were to far out of tolerance, you sent me a mower knowing it won’t start… who does that?

Yes they do.
No they do not only Stihl
certain brands they do but mostly what they sell in store
No
I know They are able to find parts with model number from mower .
Yes they do .... usually they are several weeks behind this time of year
They will ask for model type and code of mower, Its like how they search at auto part stores but for mowers that's how they can search for parts. If you have that your good as gold. fyi if its engine info if you need engine parts you they will ask for model number of engine 🙂
