They refused to do any work on my mouth until I have my wisdom teeth removed. Common Wealth Dental just told me they don't need to be removed for cosmetic work on my teeth. Common Wealth Dental pulled the tooth that Aspen told me would have to be removed by a surgeon. I had an infection in a back tooth, they issued 1 script of antibiotic and refused to see me afterwards. Good way to drain Medicaid.

I came to this office on recommendation from family member. First experience was great, friendly efficient and what needed to be done explained. After getting authfrom insurance, u have called multiple times to try and get appts due to needing quite a bit of work done. Most recently I called last Monday, I day shy of a week, still no call back. I called today, no call back, so came by office at 5:45 pm, they are open until 6. Doors locked, no one there. I need several thousands of dollars worth of work, cleaning, cavities filled, crowns and more, but appears maybe the amount of my work isn't enough to interest them. I know many people don't want to work today but if they are short handed they should change the message on their phone give different time tables or at least call and say local really booked or shorthanded or something versus leaving people just wondering and Confused. To me that's not a good way to run a business they want me to go somewhere else they can leave me that message but not hearing anything from people who gave me an estimate it's not a good feeling. As of right now I am not sure I can recommend them unless something changes but I'm hoping I will hear from them soon so I can get the work done well I am off on medical leave which until at least the end of the month.

Complete disaster! Waited 2 hours, which was better than the elderly person who was there 2 hours and still had to wait. One person drove an hour and a half and waited for an excessive time. One person cleans the rooms, same person works the front desk, same person answers the phone. Poor girl. When you call no one answers. We received some questionable results which we will look for a second opinion. More to follow. Go to yelp I think these 4 stars are fake

Had my first experience with Aspen Dental today and I can tell you I had a great experience from the time I entered the office every one was very helpful and great to deal with. I would recommend this office to everyone I would like to Especially thank Hannah the office manager she did a Exceptional job. Also Dr. Alhasan he explained everything to me and what to expect from Micaela in x-rays, Julie (dental assistant) also did a fantastic job. I give this office a 5 star rating. Thanks again to the entire team
