I had a virtual tour scheduled and I received no communication from the office on how it would be done. When I called to find out why no one had contacted me, I was told they can't perform a tour because they don't have the equipment. No one could be bothered to call and tell me. Also, what equipment is needed? At the very least you need a phone with a camera. Extremely unprofessional.
