They didn't pick up my trashumancia and its full and it stinks

My trash container’s wheel system is broken in middle May, 2022. I asked to Advanced Disposal customer service department on 06-02-2022 for bring me a new trash container. They said that they would bring to my house in 5 to 7 days. However, They did not bring to me until today. Today is on July 05, 2022. I already asked to customer service 5 times in June. How long should I have to wait? Do I have to wait another one month? We should be learning from the Costco Customer Service. They respect their customers.

I put out trash and recycling like normal on Fridays. Yesterday, they didn't bother to take our recycling. They just flipped our bin with the recycling in it on our lawn. I had to pick up EVERY single bottle that your worker failed to pick up. Please train your workers to actually do their work properly. You can't pick and choose what trash to take. You're supposed to pick up everyone's trash and recyclables in the neighborhood. Your workers used to be excellent at their work, but this is absolutely pathetic.

Call Advanced Disposal customer service for arrangements on pickup for specific items... please be advise that is long hold at the telephone until a representative will speak to you.
Special pick up . note also size limits .they send out notices reg .dont exspect them too p u .long or heavy logs not next too it if you hinder can they mite just pass you buy.i dont work for them ive just gone throw all it my self
Your pick up day moves foward one day from your normal scheduled pickup during holidays.
