I rented a commercial steam table from this company. I picked it up on a Friday but would not be using it until the following day. Upon setting up for my event Saturday morning, I notice the power was out. I flip the breaker back on only for it to trip again. The steam table kept knocking the power out. I notice it had the wrong plug for the amp it was pulling. I called the company and they sent out their electrician. He arrived after my event was ruined and over. I had to pull the food off the steam table and individually serve my guest that was expecting a buffet style setting, After returning the rental I requested a refund because I could not use the steam table and my event was ruined. I was told that I could not get my money back but could get a free or a discount the next time I rented from them. Why would I rent from them again if my first experience was horrible and wasn't rectified to my satisfaction
