I have used this particular H&R block in Roxboro twice over the last 7 years. Both times I had very unpleasant experiences! The tax "specialists" that I was given were FAR from it! There was nothing special about them...they clearly had no idea how to correctly file my taxes. I'm not sure, but it's quite possible that I had the same lady file my taxes both times I went there. I would not recommend going to this particular H&R Block if you want to get back the correct amount you're owed without a ton of hassle.
