The woman there name Catherine is the best. She get 5 stars for calling me back and letting me no when the storage unit was open for me...and fair price of the units

Questions & Answers

So I had to unload and then load it back on truck the next day! That was a lot of work by myself when I thought the gate was suppose to be unlocked! Didn’t quite understand why it was locked, if it’s 24 hr access?!?

Hi Beverly, we apologize for the inconvenience. For our tenant's security, the gates lock at 7pm. Tenants are given the gate code at the time of unit rental. Thank you!

I went to put some items in my storage unit Sunday and everything was fine, but I then went bk Sunday evening to put a full size bed I had loaded on my truck, and the gate was closed! I thought it was 24 hour access??

Hi Beverly, you do have 24 hour access. When the gates lock automatically at 7pm, you will need to use the gate code to enter. Please call 336.599.9298 for the code. Thank you!
