Ketchup packs nasty & stuck together. Complained to manager who took our order. She said they all like that. Some busted in the box. Sandwich loaded with mustard even though I asked for lite. Sandwich and fries were cold. Manager outside smoking. Threw away half of my food. Told manager when we went out. Only response was you should have told me. Well you didn't do a thing about the ketchup. But they all like that. Told you packs busted in the box... you should have told me & I could have done something. She was smoking the whole time. Then she goes inside fussing to the employees that we were complaining about the food...yes we heard her, and it sounded like she was blaming us.

Very friendly staff. Got the drink wrong, no big deal. I'm sure they would've fixed it if we mentioned. Quality was great for fast food. Great staff
