Online says it closes at 6 pm, I showed up at 4:25 pm and woman working the desk stated that they were about to close and didn’t have time to draw my blood and get the blood delivered. There’s only one nurse working in the office. She spent well over 20 min “processing the paperwork” of the patient in front of me while I sat in the waiting room. I stated that I was here before closing and would be seen. Her response was to call corporate and complain that she had no control over the situation and they were understaffed.

This is about a problem I had at the 103rd street location. I rung the bell twice because u could see no one in the area and this white female employee went crazy being disrespectful and then this black female employee came running from the back saying no u r Quest we not doing Quest no go to Quest and maybe they were angry about being at work the day before Thanksgiving but it’s a blessing to have a job. And don’t bother trying to get in touch with anyone in management because it’s not happening. I’ve been giving the name Erin, Shannon n a few wrong numbers but it’s ok everyone will Reap What They Sow.
