The pool was awesome! It is a 25 yard by 50 yard pool. When I went it was configured for a 25 yard lap swim. The pool does not have lane or deep/shallow water buoys, but it does have lines at the bottom of the pool for guided lap swims. This pool also does not have the end of lane flags up making it kind of unsafe to practice back stokes or any stoke performed on the back. Over all though, this was a nice large pool to swim in for that open water feel.

Yes if you have access to the base the pool is available for use
No, they don't have a indoor track.
What do you mean by an inbody scale? They have a body composition at the wellness center on base, next to the fitness center, it's called an IBod
If you or someone in your family is military or a veteran, you can bring your family and friends on base, as long as they have an ID. Non-military or veterans will have to pay a few dollars to access the facilities. I don't know the curret dollar amount. Hours are posted on MWR's webpage.
