Ordered the haddock basket, and ended up just eating a few bites. The haddock didn't taste fresh, but fishy, which is what you don't want for a fish and chip meal. My partner got the chicken tenders, and they had a weird breading. He didn't care much for them either. I guess I should have gotten a lobster instead, but felt bad ordering one I had to see be plucked out of the water and weighed in front of me.

Within 5 minutes of arriving to a line of 20+ people, the owner came out to give everyone the “lay of the land.” That included pointing out the bar for those who wanted a beverage while waiting and apologizing in advance for any issues as they were, like everyone, short staffed. They didn’t appear short staffed, the line moved quickly, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have been a better experience. A bit pricey, but totally worth it for the food, the view, and the service.

We paid $150 for this one, it's just awful overpriced twice as much as other restaurants, (even in New York City). $150 for fried bread with stinky Lobster! I don't advise anyone to go there if you go there for the first time!!! always check the price first, the service is horrible. the place is a cheap diner!

The place was great for the whole family! I ended up with the turf and surf and was glad I opted to get it. As always lobster was going but the sirloin tips were awesome!!! Outside dining on the pier and the kids enjoyed watching the crabs over the edge walking around and fighting. We got there right before a crowd so it was nice. They assign seats and you order at the counter before sitting down. They weigh the food in front of you so you can see what you are getting. Great experience! Last time we only got burgers but seafood was definitely on the menu this time around. My oldest got the lobster BLAT and loved it!

Hi Rob! Thanks for writing to us. Our restaurant is currently closed for the season. We will be open in may! You can is visit our dock to pick up lobsters though! The dock is open 8-4 daily.
Hi Beth. Thanks for writing to us. If your lobster is packed well in ice, the lobster will have a shelf life of 3-4 days. I hope this helps!

Hi Daniel: Included with your Lobster Roll are instructions explaining how to warm up the meat and Beal’s buttah. I like to take the buttah warm it up in a microwaveable dish and toss the meat in the buttah. Another option would be to toss the meat in a sauce pan with some buttah for a couple of minutes as well.
