Really nice bike shop with nice staff. I came in late and they really helped me out. Only charged me for one day, worked with me to get me what I wanted. Great place for bike lovers and novice riders alike.

Highly recommended - excellent customer service, excellent value. Our family rented bikes on two separate occasions, in 2017 and again in 2021. On both occasions, the customer service was excellent - they took the time to answer all of our questions, and help us load and secure the bikes onto the rack. This time, they even pointed out that one of our own bikes (that we brought from home) needed air in a tire. They proceeded to fix the air pressure, while also pointing out (and tightening) a loose nut on the same bike. Southwest Cycle definitely goes above and beyond with great customer service! We will continue to rely on them for future visits to Acadia National Park

Rented 2 bikes to cycle the carriage roads in Acadia National Park. The staff were very helpful and provided recommendations on a great day trip. Bikes, helmet, and rack were amazing and helped us see more of the park than on foot. Great place!! The repair shop was awesome too!
