Gorgeous park with quite a few butterflies! You have to look closely as you drive south, the sign and park are both small and not super visible from the road. Wife and I had the place to ourselves for at least a half hour, this is a little gem in a “less traveled” part of Desert Island

We held our wedding ceremony at the Charlotte Rhoades Butterfly Park and are so happy we did. It is an absolutely gorgeous garden, and the view facing the Cove is beautiful -- perfect spot to get married! We also were allowed to use the Garden barn (has a restroom!) for our bridal party to wait before our ceremony began which was comfortable and easy.

This garden is such a lovely place to visit with bright colorful flowers and plants with their botanical names displayed next to them. The lawn is nicely mowed and they even have a swing set and slide for kids 6 years and under in the garden overlooking the ocean. There are places to sit and chill and while there is no fee for entry, they accept monetary donations of ur choice in a bin at the entry pavilion. On a bright sunny 🌞 day, this is place you should definitely stop to checkout 👌🏾 Cheers 🍻
