Fantastic People!

Only went for an open house. Everyone was friendly and the houses seemed very nice. The people were knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions.

Chase was my initial point of contact at Homestead Tiny House Co. He suggested a model based on an inspiration image that I sent over. I ended up getting the Aspen Model and customized the design (Thanks Chase). Chase was pleasant and was quick in his email responses. The process was extremely swift - 1.5 months from initial onboarding to the final home delivery. Lare was the designer on the team and was a breath of fresh air. It was a very quick phone call, and Lare knew exactly what I was trying to achieve with the overall look. Brittany and Whitney were great too. Brittany was my main point of contact after the contract was signed. She emailed progress photos each week (this helps, especially since you are not on-site with the build). Everything was smooth sailing until I wired over the final balance. I didn't hear from anyone that they received the final funds' transfer, so I called the office on Friday morning (funds were sent Monday am). Whitney verified that they received the funds - thank goodness. The delivery of the tiny house was contracted out to a third party. The delivery driver was extremely responsive and communicated throughout the delivery (he even sent pictures beforehand). He was the one that let me know when he arrived at Homestead Tiny House Co. and when he was expected to arrive in North Carolina. The delivery driver arrived on time and even got there a day earlier (which worked well for both of us). There were only a few negatives throughout the entire process: A little communication goes a long way. It would have been nice to know that the sink components and toilet lid were placed in one of the cabinets. We didn't realize this right away until we started opening up the drawers. The painters' tape didn't hold the refrigerator, I'd recommend using something a little stronger to make sure that the appliance doesn't get damaged when on the road. Ours has a few scratches and dents on the side, not a big deal. Maybe place a welcome booklet on the countertop and tape it down that explains this? I sent pictures to Chase on 2/19 of some of these things and finally got a response on March 2nd. The tiny home arrived extremely dusty/dirty on the interior and inside the cabinets. I just assumed that this was something that would have been taken care of. Hardware was missing on the inside door frame (I can run to a hardware store and fix this myself). At the end of the day, the build is well constructed and beautiful. If I needed a second tiny home, I would probably contact this company again. I'm just a big advocate for over communicating!

It does not. We are only the home provider!
Hello Fred! Typically, someone would already have the land. Let us know if you need to speak to one of our preferred real estate agents.
