Rooms are not clean. The cleaning service is a joke twice they took my shower curtain and never put a new one up! Twice they took my blanket and never gave me a new one! Place is filled with people living in it they are very loud!

Despite the ignorance of some guest not cleaning after themselves the staff overall does an exceptional job keeping things clean. Shout out to Adam and the rest of the regulars for holding it down

'Suite' sounds great, and I guess it meets the definition as there's a kitchenette, but don't think this is a nice place. Their cleaning (especially), maintenance and management all should be upgraded. Lots of highway noise as it backs up to the road. The one good thing was the woman at the desk, very pleasant and helpful.

This is the worst trainwreck of a hotel. Check in starts at 3:00, we arrived at 4:00. No one was at the desk and no answer when we called the number posted at the desk. Another guest of the hotel came out and told us there was only one person working and there were no rooms clean and the one employee was working on cleaning them by herself. She was telling us how horrible the manager is and how the hotel has gone downhill. We couldn't wait to check in (however long that would be) because we had a concert to go to so we weren't able to get ready after a 4 hour drive. We couldn't even use the public bathroom because the manager keeps it locked. We didn't get back from the concert until midnight and it really took away from the enjoyment of the concert because we had no idea if we even had a room. Once we did get in the room there was no toilet paper, tissues, or anything so we had to go to Sheetz to get some. We also had two of the thinnest towels ever, so we couldn't even shower because they were completely saturated just from washing our hands. The room smelled really strong of cleaning products or maybe even the last guests perfume, it was really nauseating. Just horrible.
