We only sell brand new devices. We aim to have the cheapest prices online, with mobility scooters starting at just $729. If you find paying for a product at once financially straining, we have 3 financing partners who will allow you to make small monthly payments on a purchase. We do occasionally get calls from people seeking to sell their units and are sometimes able to match up sellers with buyers.

Right now, we only deal with brand new units so are unable to purchase used ones. If you are looking for a trade-in to upgrade your device and were hoping to get some money on your old unit, please contact us and we will do our best to bring the price down on the upgrade you want.

We only sell units, and do not do rentals. If renting for periods longer than a week, you might be surprised at how expensive renting can actually be, with nothing to show for your money once you return the vehicle. By contrast, we have units on sale starting at $729, and that stays yours forever

If the malfunction of your unit is under warranty, most manufacturers would direct you to a local dealer or technician that would fix your device. Partnerships with local technicians are in place nationwide to ensure all customers are covered. A minority of brands only cover the actual part that needs replacing and this would be sent in the mail.

Our warranties are provided by the manufacturers of our scooters. Almost all scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility items above $500 come with a minimum 12 month warranty on electronics (excluding batteries). Components like the frame are often covered for 5 years or even lifetime.

We have three financing partners and the process is very similar for each. After deciding which product you want, place it in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout as normal. You’ll then be asked to fill in your address and details. When you reach the checkout stage, you’ll see the default is paying by credit card, but there are a few other financing opinions you can select to pay with.

This depends on the product, the brand and your location. Most units are delivered within 4 business days of ordering, some within even less time. Please contact us for a more exact estimate.

This depends on the brand and model. Some models come fully assembled with enough battery power to ride them into your home for charging. Others are delivered in easy to assemble parts, with little to no screws required for setup - you’ll mainly be clicking parts together.

We don’t charge any tax for orders shipped outside the State of Georgia. Orders shipped within GA have taxes added at regular state, county and city rates.

All orders above $99 have totally free shipping. Orders under $99 have a $12.99 shipping fee.

Many of our customers who feel they just cannot buy without experiencing the model will rent or borrow a mobility device from family, friends or a local business. Even if the unit they test is not exactly the one they wish to buy, this allows them to compare the specifications of each, giving them an excellent idea of how things will feel.

The way we are able to offer such fantastic, rock bottom prices is by cutting out the overhead cost showrooms and physical stores create. We’re an online business and our addresses are offices, not showrooms or physical stores.

Just as with government insurance, we are unable to directly bill private insurances for any purchases. Your insurance may be willing to reimburse you for an out-of-pocket purchase of DME equipment through us. We recommend you contact your insurance provider directly and ask them about their reimbursement policy.

We are unable to accept Medicare/Medicaid on any of our products due to the great difficulty dealers face in becoming Medicare/Medicaid registered. We do have financing plans to help customers finance large payments.

We sell all kinds of durable medical equipment, including electric wheelchairs and scooters, but also manual wheelchairs, bathroom safety equipment, walkers and more.
