I'd like the preface this review by saying that I've been an LPN for 12 years now. I worked a shift here last night through a staffing agency as an LPN. The nurse I relieved thoroughly prepared me for the coming shift with a list of resident preferences, a quick tour of important locations, and potential complications that may arise during my shift. The night shift staff were incredibly helpful and provided great, compassionate care to the residents throughout the night. I will pick up shifts here in the future.

The only reason why it's getting a 2 star is because it was a clean environment, and I really loved the system they use of taking your picture and temp so people know if your staff or visitors. But if it wasn't for that and I was able to rank a 0 I would. I went in as an agency aide got there 10-15 minutes before my shift. Did the sign in process, went to the nurses station where they told me to go, I stood there for 10-15 minutes till someone acknowledged I was there which was a housekeeper. She went looking for the nurse for 10 minutes. By this time it's 3:10-3:15 pm. I've been an aide for 12 years how can you not know where your nurse is at whether she's in a resident room attending to an emergency or on break. I called into my company and let them know I was even on the phone with her for 5-7 minutes and still nothing. So I had them cancel my shift. I call and spoke to the acting DON. She was confused at what I was trying to say told me I should of went to front desk and that the nurse has a right to a break. My thing is I should have not been ignored. My company could not pay me enough to go back there. Sorry not sorry

1.) Wouldn’t change my dad’s catheter bag, causing his left leg to be in pain. 2.) Nobody answers the phone. Always busy or goes straight to voice mail. 3.) Needed stitches removed because of surgery. Didn’t get transportation and had to reschedule.

I wouldn’t put a pet rat in this facility. It took a day to get my meds from transitioning from the hospital. I had seen many elderly patients sit hours waiting for help. It was horrible!!!!

Yes and they are very good here My mother-in-law was there they took very good care of her
