Worst place ever!!!! Beware!!! First visit female Dr trys to get me to ABORT my child!!! That is a serious matter. My child was so healthy 1st time here I found out I'm 21 and pregnant me and my husband are excited. I cracked a few jokes with my mom nothing bad just to lighten the mood with my mother. Dr assumes I must be immature off the first visit. She asked to speak to my mom alone. She asked her to really consider sitting me down and asking me to ABORT my child. UPDATE: I'm raising a super happy healthy 8 year old he has 3 honor rolls and 3 merit rolls and is in 3rd grade mind you pandemic cause me to home school. That's when he excelled most. He is the biggest blessing in my life the saying is true if I had to chose between loving him and breathing I promise I'd use my last breath to tell my son I love him with all my heart. He is my biggest motivation I'd move mountains for my child and I will do anything to keep him safe

Had my first appt with Dr schmeiser today. Extremely nice very informative. Could not be happier I made the switch to his office! Lady at the front desk was also very kind to me. Updated 2022. Still a patient had to come back and update to say how happy I still am. Dr Schmeiser looks out for the health of his patients. Doesn't treat you like number.

If I could give a 0, I would. Patient care is lacking. I had gone without thyroid medicine because it was not called in. I’m supposed to have blood work done regularly with the thyroid medicine and it hasn’t been done in over a year. I had to say something. The doctor said I was crazy when I asked for thorough blood work because I knew something was off, and I ended up testing for Hoshimoto disease. They don’t listen when you’re there and things go undiagnosed. I’ve waited for hours after my appointment time to even be called back to a room! When trying to call to get an appointment or with an issue, I’ve received a VM with no return call. Looking for a new PCP. So done with this office!!

I be going to this doctor's office for years. Before they moved into the new building and is now University Hospitals. The nurses and doctors are great! My problem with them now is that, they never answer the phone when I call to make an appointment. I always have to drive there just so I can gwt my appointment. I always ask them what's the problem with them not answering the phones. U can't be that busy all day long. The thing that gets me the most is when I go in there's nobody in there but a few people. So there's no excuse! I'm considering finding me a new doctor to go to, because this is ridiculous! This is the reason for the one star.
